Acceptance of terms

The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Traduction Web Services.
By using the Services, you indicate your acknowledgment of this Agreement, and your agreement to be bound by its terms.

Quotations and work orders

Quotations are offered for acceptance within thirty days and if not accepted within the designated period shall be deemed withdrawn. The prices quoted are not binding on us. A Contract, which is subject to these Terms and Conditions, will only come into being when we issue a written confirmation of your Order. Any variation of the Contract must be confirmed in writing by one of our directors. If you cancel, or reduce in scope the Contract, the full price for the Contract shall remain payable.

Price and Payment

All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes or duties. You agree that all taxes relating to services performed are to be paid when due by you. We shall invoice you for all taxes and expenses for which we are liable to collect. You shall be liable to pay any penalties or interest as a result of your delay in paying such taxes.

Payments shall be made without deduction or bank charges and shall be made within thirty days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Discounts included on Contracts are only applicable if invoices are paid within 30 days. Traduction Web is entitled to charge interest at the rate of 2% per month if you are late in making payment.

Delivery

Only upon expiration of the agreed period (stated in the Contract) without completion of performance shall you be entitled to demand cancellation of the contract or reduction of the price. We will not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery or performance if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond our control.

Our Liability

Traduction Web do not warrant that translated works will meet your specific requirements and that translated works will be uninterrupted or error free. You also acknowledge that the maximum liability to the Client by Traduction Web shall in all cases, be limited to the value of the Order.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute must be raised within sixty days of the invoice date of the invoice. If any dispute arises with respect to services provided by us, then such dispute shall be referred to a person agreed between the parties. The decision of that person shall be final and binding. The cost of such an expert shall be borne equally by the parties, unless such expert otherwise directs.
